  • No. While I encourage you to attend as many sessions as you can, life happens and time is limited. You will receive an email with the course replay each day.

  • You will have online access for six months.

  • Yes. You are in control of your Zoom camera and are not required to turn it on during class.

  • You must be 18 years old to sign up for this course, but it is also at the adult’s discretion to show a younger child this course material. I do encourage many open conversations with your children about these topics as the course unfolds.

  • Not at all. I am passionate about sharing information in a down to earth way so all feel welcome and included. I only ask that you attend with a curious mind and open heart.
